Describe the problem safely

Include your app version, device model, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, private manuscripts, or screenshots containing private writing. In the workspace, you can also use Contact the Creator and choose whether to include its limited diagnostics.

Files and temporary drafts

Save or export your work before closing a workspace. The iOS offline draft is temporary and has no autosave. Local Vault needs you to choose its folder again in each new workspace session. Your Google documents and saved Files remain in the storage you chose.
